Rally New Zealand
Posted by Hayden on June 2nd, 2010It was awesome to see a stage of Rally New Zealand back in the Auckland Domain after a decade plus. Really hard (pretty much impossible) to get any decent photos with a point and shoot but it made some pretty cool effects with the fast moving lights.
Managed to get a good spot, was amazing how fast the cars were coming up such a narrow stretch of road.
Strange seeing this many people in the domain at night.
The Museum watching over everything.
Petter Solberg who I follow in the WRC since back in his Subaru days, he managed to crash on the last stage going for the win. Gutted.
Love the Museum when it’s lit up at night.
